For clients with active service agreements, material changes to terms affecting those services will be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States, without regard to Connecticut's conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Connecticut.
